Tue, November 7, 2006 - 10:40 PMYou're welcome. I just myself some Thai pumpkin coconut milk dessert.. It was heavenly. flickr.com/photos/pengrin/291996806/
re: jasmine water Ah, it's an incense that we use to make the coconut milk taste sweeter by smell. :) I may be wrong. I could ask my Mom about it. -

Re: Desserts!
Thu, November 9, 2006 - 11:56 AMoh penny, that dessert looks so good. just last week i made some red pumpkin curry with kabocha. they are really hard to cut, and then it takes forever to peel them. that's a good idea to leave the skin on. is it edible?
for dessert I did a tapioca using coconut milk. extremely simple, but complimentary with the curry. I picked up a guava the other day at casa thai in the mission that was so yummy, too! -
