There's a local Thai expert chef, Chef Saithong, who's teaching everyone around here how to cook thai food! I thought it would be hard to learn but its so simple, and everyone in the class was blown away by the great taste. Chef Saithong is a amazing chef and a great teacher. Her classes are so cozy and friendly, makes you feel like you're back in Thailand. Now we don't just have to look up recipes on the internet, can actually learn the right way to cook everything and what to buy at the store.
