They aren't easy to find in most cities... but I've noticed that their flavor is irreplaceable and soooooo good!

Wed, May 16, 2007 - 11:32 AMI recently discovered how wonderful kefir lime leaves are! I have started putting them in everything, not just thai food. They actually go really well in many of the light spring and summer italian dishes I make.
