Re: Lime Leaves aka Kefir Leaves make all the difference
Wed, May 16, 2007 - 11:32 AMI recently discovered how wonderful kefir lime leaves are! I have started putting them in everything, not just thai food. They actually go really well in many of the light spring and summer italian dishes I make. -

Re: Lime Leaves aka Kefir Leaves make all the difference
Sat, July 26, 2008 - 10:12 AMI live in central Washington and there are no asian stores here. I've looked at a variety of stores but to no avail. I sometimes go to Seattle. Are there places there? Or should I settle for buying them online? -

Re: Lime Leaves aka Kefir Leaves make all the difference
Thu, August 14, 2008 - 5:36 PMThe website importfood.com is based out of Washington and is absolutely amazing! I have ordered fresh produce such as lemon grass, galangal and kaffir leaves as well as curry pastes and other seasoning and they ship UPS or USPS very quickly . I highly recommend it, also they give great deals on shipping after the first order! -

Re: Lime Leaves aka Kefir Leaves make all the difference
Tue, September 2, 2008 - 10:54 PMThanks for that site...but I don't need that many leaves (or galangal). I would worry they would go bad before I would use them all. I suppose I could buy them and then sell part on ebay(?). Or something. I haven't done much looking lately, I've been really busy. Maybe I will get lucky and find a place in Seattle that sells them the next time I am there.
Thanks everyone. -
